‘Injectable’ does not automatically mean ‘filler’
Traditional dermal fillers are gel-like materials placed under the skin to create support, smooth selected folds or add fullness. Hyaluronic acid is common, but other materials include calcium hydroxylapatite, poly-L-lactic acid and PMMA, each with different behavior and approved uses.
Skin boosters are usually placed more superficially and in many small deposits to target hydration, texture or overall skin quality. Rejuran, Juvelook and Skinvive should not be treated as interchangeable names for the same syringe.
Skinvive is a hyaluronic-acid injectable designed for intradermal microdroplets and skin smoothness rather than conventional facial contouring. Rejuran uses polynucleotide, while Juvelook combines PDLLA and hyaluronic acid. The first decision is the goal, not which name is trending.
Shape, volume, hydration or texture?
A hollow, a fold, dehydration and fine surface texture can look similar in a two-dimensional photo. They may require very different depths, materials—or no injectable at all.
Traditional filler may be considered when a carefully assessed area needs structural support or volume. A skin booster may be more relevant when the priority is hydration, fine texture or a diffuse skin-quality concern.

- Ask for the exact product, material, amount and planned depth.
- Discuss all previous filler—even if it was injected years ago.
- Do not compare a 1 mL contour syringe with a multi-cc skin-booster plan.
Why filler safety deserves a separate conversation
Bruising, redness, swelling, pain, tenderness and lumps can occur with dermal fillers. Delayed inflammation, infection, nodules and other reactions are also possible.
The most serious risk is unintended injection into a blood vessel. This can reduce blood supply and lead to tissue death, vision loss or stroke. Risk varies by area and product, and filler injection should be treated as a medical procedure performed by a licensed, appropriately trained clinician.
Seek urgent medical attention for unusual severe pain, vision changes, pale or blue-gray skin, weakness, speech difficulty or other stroke-like symptoms during or shortly after filler treatment.
How to plan injectables at AP865 CLINIC
AP865 CLINIC's official program page is used only to confirm that the named service is listed; individual suitability, protocol and aftercare still require a medical consultation.
For travelers, the plan should include expected swelling or bruising, emergency contact instructions and enough time before a flight or event. A lower headline price is only useful when the product, amount and complication plan are equally clear.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book
Is Skinvive a volumizing filler?
It is a hyaluronic-acid injectable, but it is placed as intradermal microdroplets for cheek skin smoothness rather than used like a conventional contour filler. Product labeling and local approvals matter.
Can every filler be dissolved?
No. Some hyaluronic-acid fillers may be reduced with hyaluronidase in appropriate circumstances, but other filler materials are difficult or impossible to remove. Even removal procedures carry risk.
How soon before an event should I have filler?
Allow meaningful time for swelling, bruising and review. The right margin depends on the site, material and your history, so share the event and flight dates before treatment.
